Relaxandwatch offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases — individual episodes, full series, and premium monthly subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

All payments on Relaxandwatch are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to look up your order.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to request a refund for the transaction.
3. Or, contact us directly at support@relaxandwatch.com and we will help you through the process.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a monthly premium subscription at any time via the Paddle customer portal or by contacting us. Once cancelled, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew. Refunds for subscription payments are handled under the same 30-day money-back guarantee above.

Access after a refund

Once a refund is approved and processed, access to the content or subscription associated with the refunded transaction will be revoked.
