1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Relaxandwatch streaming service (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Relaxandwatch("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you are entering into a binding agreement with Relaxandwatch.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing content, or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. The Service

The Service offers on-demand cinematic short-series video streaming. Some episodes are available for free; others are unlocked by purchasing an individual episode, a full series, or a monthly premium subscription. Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when signing in and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

5. Acceptable use

You must not, and must not attempt to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
  • Send spam, phishing content, or malware through or via the Service.
  • Infringe our or any third party's intellectual property or other rights.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, probe, or otherwise interfere with the Service, its security, or the servers it runs on.
  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly perform, or circumvent any technical restrictions or entitlement checks (including downloading, re-encoding, or sharing video content).
  • Share your account credentials or your entitlements with anyone else.

6. Intellectual property

The Service — including all video content, artwork, software, trademarks, and other materials — is owned by Relaxandwatch or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream the content you are entitled to for personal viewing on supported devices.

7. Payment, subscriptions, and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, subscription renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout / Buyer Terms. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

9. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Content catalogues, features, and pricing may change over time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if:

  • You materially breach these Terms;
  • A payment fails or is charged back;
  • We reasonably suspect fraud, security risk, or abuse; or
  • You repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable-use rules.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Cancelling a subscription is handled through Paddle (see the Refund Policy).

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to us (via Paddle) in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (such as for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
